The Bridge House required a unique solution to an expansion of an existing cottage within the shoreland zone. Due to the very steep slope and the inability to expand on the cottage’s current location, the addition bridges from upland to connect to the cottage. It allows the owners to more easily enter the cottage from a parking area and make their way to the living spaced inside. In addition, there is a lookout room and deck with incredible views all the way to Popham Beach. Construction by Senecal Construction Services.
