The Centre Street Bakery, in the heart of Bath, opened the end of 2019. Formerly a medical supply store, existing brick veneer walls were exposed and a new “tin” ceiling evokes a style of an old French bakery.

The warm wood millwork and black steel hardware have both a modern and old style. Many of these details were custom designed by DMA. A room off to the side will serve as both a small meeting room and a bakery teaching room.
