DMA provided very fast design services to help a potential owner purchase this property if it could be expanded by adding a master bedroom suite at the end of the house. Once approved by the town, including shoreland zoning, DMA worked on the addition and interiors along with the new owner and interior designer.

By redesigning and raising the deck, there is a much better connection to the interior living spaces and beautiful view of a quite cove. This long and meandering house flows from room to room with a complete makeover. It maintains its cottage charm but adds a modern touch of materials and color.

The addition included a second master bedroom suite, screened porch, and new deck. The interior and lighting throughout was updated.
