This ocean-front cottage and guest house received limited exterior additions, but is completely enhanced with new finishes, materials, and windows. A new gable dormer facing the water greatly upgrades the second floor master bedroom.

DM|A worked with the owners via skype and the construction manager, Rideout & Turner, to re-insulate and modernize this cottage.

The guest house / office was reconstructed first to allow the owners to live on site while the main house was finalized. The existing low ceilings are not noticeable as every opportunity was used to increase ceiling height and bring in natural light and wonderful views.
