A very tired, one-story brick building had been the headquarters for Warren Mechanical for many years. The warehouse was in two wood-framed sheds in the back and the offices were old and dated.

DMA designed a 5,500 sf metal building warehouse and a wood-framed office addition, along with a renovation to the existing offices. A completely renovated office area includes a reception, offices, conference room and break room. The addition includes additional offices and a multi-level ramp to maintain ADA accessibility and deal with the different floor levels.

Warren Mechanical now enjoys an updated and modern office building with a large indoor storage and work space.
