Phase 1 for Maine Golf includes the construction of covered tee boxes at the Freeport Golf Club, including Top Tracer technology. Cover the Tees, a company specializing in structures for tee boxes, provided the design for the tee box structure, DMA and Sebago Technics assisted with permitting. Phase 2 includes the design and construction for a new clubhouse and parking area, which is currently going through the permitting process. Construction by Zachau Construction.
