DM|A worked very closely with the Owner, Rebecca Williams, and contractor, Dennis O’Brien, to transform a doctor’s office that had been a private home into a cafe and marketplace. Situated on a busy intersection in Cumberland, a new addition that includes the main entrance and kitchen is tied seamlessly into the existing, historic house.

The cafe includes various seating areas, new facilities, and local products for sale. The second floor includes offices for the cafe as well as leasable space.

The cafe has become a welcome addition to the morning commute from the Cumberland area.
