A somewhat dilapidated Queen Anne style 2 family home on Munjoy Hill was converted back to a single-family residence by DMA. Some of the original design features of this house were salvaged, but a modern upgrade was important for the client. The interior was gutted to greatly increase the wall insulation, and along with new windows and a new energy efficient heating system, this updated home is very comfortable for the new owners.
